Vertical Augmentation Bone Graft

This procedures aids in the regeneration in the height and thickness of bone to allow for the placement of implants at sites that previously were not candidates for implants.  This specific technique combines grafted bone mixed with the patient’s own bone to take advantage of the body’s natural ability to form bone. A specialized membrane is used to support the bone while it is healing and is later removed prior to implant placement or at the time implant placement.
